1. Age Restrictions

Orders of Trifon Estate Wines may only be placed by persons over 18 years of age and must be paid in full before any goods will be despatched.

2. Order Restrictions

Orders will only be dispatched to a State or Territory of Australia including Victoria, Tasmania, Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Overseas addresses or Internationally unless for the purpose of Export.

3. Order Dispatch

We will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible, and typically despatch all order within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Deliveries are usually via Australia Post, so depending on your location should arrive within 3-7 days (Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland, regional and remote areas may take longer).

4. Unoccupied Premises

Liquor will not be delivered and left at unoccupied premises. If there is no-one at the delivery address to receive the order, a card will be left for you to collect from the nearest post office or depot. Deliveries of wine will not be made to anyone under 18 years of age and proof of age may be required.

5. Special Delivery Instructions

If special delivery instructions are advised, goods may be left with and as authorised by a person over 18 years of age, however Trifon Estate Wines and/or our carrier will not be liable for any loss of damage in such instances.

6. Minimum Order Quantities

A minimum order quantity of one full case (6 or 12 bottles) is required to place an order unless offered otherwise.

7. Order Quantity Discounts

The following quantity discounts will apply for orders.

1. 6 bottle order will attract a -20% discount.

2. Order quantity equals one full case, no mixed cases unless offered otherwise.

8. Delivery Charges

The following delivery charge will apply for orders:

1. 6 bottle order equals $0.00, free delivery.

9. Maximum Purchase Limit

The supply of liquor is limited to a maximum of 48 bottles per customer per transaction per day.
