Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Damaged or Faulty Products

Should your delivery of Trifon Estate Wines be damaged or faulty in anyway (i.e. broken bottles, incorrectly packed or faulty) please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the situation promptly.

All wines considered to be corked or oxidized will be replaced and or remedied by Trifon Estate Wines once the wine has been assessed by our Chief Winemaker.

This will include having the wine picked up and returned to Trifon Estate Wines where our Chief Winemaker will assess the wine at which time a decision will be made to replace or refund the purchase.

2. Proof of Purchase

We will ask you for a valid proof of purchase when returning a damaged or faulty product. Some examples of acceptable proof of purchase are original receipt, tax invoice or a credit card statement clearly showing your purchase from Trifon Estate Wines.
