Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Damaged or Faulty Products

Should your delivery of Trifon Estate Wines be damaged or faulty in anyway (i.e. broken bottles, incorrectly packed) please contact Trifon Estate Wines: sales@trifonestatewines.com.au so that we can rectify the situation promptly.

2. Proof of Purchase

We will ask you for a valid proof of purchase when returning a damaged or faulty product. Some examples of acceptable proof of purchase are original receipt, tax invoice or a credit card statement clearly showing your purchase from Trifon Estate Wines.
