Lagoon View Winemakers Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2014
Now in its 7th year and moving into an easy, mature complexity that captures the regional stamp. Medium bodied, with the scent of the Australian bush, dark herbs, earth and blackberries. Time spent in French and American oak is now paying off handsomely. Looking pretty good for drinking right now. Jeni Port. 90 Points. August 2021

Lagoon View Winemakers Selection Cabernet Sauvignon 2016
As a 5yo cabernet sauvignon, this wine comes fully formed having been in bottle gathering itself together for some time before release. This is drinking beautifully now with a medium-bodied Goulburn Valley earthy richness. Very appealing with its leafy, Aussie bush notes, ripe plum, black cherry, woodsy spice. Completes the picture with a long line of ripe, fine tannins. Jeni Port. 92 Points. August 2021
Lagoon View Winemakers Selection Riesling 2019
Lifted jasmine, apple blossom aromatics with grapefruit and lemon zest offer a lively introduction to a delicious, easygoing young riesling that should age nicely in the medium term. The crunchy, lemony lip-smacking acidity will undoubtedly hold the wine in good store. Jeni Port. 89 Points. August 2021
Lagoon View Winemakers Selection Shiraz 2016
Shapes up as a ripe, easy-drinking shiraz that will go down a treat now that it’s hitting 5 years old. Well-structured with spicy upfront appeal in kitchen spices, black and red fruits, licorice, dusty earth and cacao. Ripe tannins contribute to a round, warm, uncomplicated shiraz. Jeni Port. 88 Points. August 2021
Lagoon View Winemakers Selection Chardonnay 2018
An early-drinking chardonnay, light–medium weight, with frisky acidity and fresh stone fruit, nectarine and pear fruit aromas and flavours. Good line and length of acidity keeps a trim, firm structure through to the tangy, citrusy finish. Jeni Port. 88 Points. August 2021

Lagoon View Riesling Traminer 2018
A blast from the past. The popularity of off-dry riesling traminer, so popular in the 70s and 80s, has waned. Good to see one producer keeping true and producing such a super-food-friendly style. The arresting scent of spring wildflowers, musky florals, potpourri, lime and spice. Exuberantly aromatic and light as a feather on the palate with lifted apple, citrus and kitchen spice. The sweetness level is well and truly balanced by brisk acidity. Nice job. Jeni Port. 90 Points. June 2021
Lagoon View Sparkling Chardonnay 2018
A lively sparkling chardonnay that is all about freshness and youth. Fruit-driven aromas of pear, Jonathan apple, citrus, arriving with a persistent small bead. White peach, straw and apple run across the palate with little yeast autolysis present. This sparkling relies on zesty chardonnay fruit as its main selling power. Jeni Port. 88 Points. August 2021

River View Rosé 2019
A sunny rosé that looks the part in bright, salmon-pink hues with aromas sitting in the dusty earthy, strawberry, cherry spectrum. It’s dry in style, firm in acidity supporting some crunchy red fruit flavours. Jeni Port. 90 Points. August 2021
River View Shiraz 2018
An ultra-ripe and generous shiraz boasting a lot of everything, from blackberry jam and anise to dark plum, baked earth and warm toasty oak. The key to a big wine like this is balance, and it’s here in the form of a firm belt of tannin. Still, it’s one sturdy wine. Jeni Port. 88 Points. August 2021
River View Chardonnay 2018
A handy price and a handy kind of chardonnay that pulls together ripe, tropical fruits, pronounced cedary oak and a warm, smooth palate. A simple wine offering good everyday drinking. Jeni Port. August 2021
