It is against the law and it is an offence to sell or supply to or to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. It is illegal to sell wine to anyone under the age of 18. It is against the law for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy alcohol or for any person over the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy alcohol for any person under the age of 18. You must be 18 years of age or over to order wine from this site and when you place an online order, you will be asked for your date of birth and must confirm your date of birth at the checkout.

Trifon Estate Wines is committed to upholding its legal and social obligations as an online retailer of alcohol. By placing an order with Trifon Estate Wines you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Please remember, it is an offence to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years; this includes purchasing the wines as a gift. Liquor will not be delivered and left at unoccupied premises.

If there is any doubt that a person receiving wine is not of 18 years of age at the time of delivery, our third-party couriers may request some form of ID with proof of age such as driver licence number (or other evidence). Once again, we take responsible service of alcohol very seriously and want to make absolutely sure that we only sell alcohol to people of the proper legal age (18+). In the event that proof of age is not satisfied, our third-party couriers are not permitted to leave wine; the order will be declined and money refunded by the same payment method originally used to make payment.
